He is an AIARE Course Leader; Pro 2 avalanche professional; professional member of the American Avalanche Association, Wilderness First Responder; Search and Rescue volunteer; and has 12+ years of backcountry snowmobile guiding experience.

MATT SCHEBAUM

Matt is a co-founder of TMRL, an avalanche instructor, and guide. He's an AIARE Course Leader; AIARE Instructor Trainer; Pro 2 avalanche professional; professional member of the American Avalanche Association; Wilderness First Responder; and has 12+ years of backcountry snowmobile guiding experience.

KALEB RETZ

DUNCAN LEE

Kaleb is an AIARE avalanche instructor, guide, and American Avalanche Association Pro Member. He has over 20 years of motorized backcountry experience; is former Vice President of Missoula Avalanche and currently works closely with the Flathead Avalanche Center in northern Montana.

Duncan is an avalanche instructor, guide, and powder hunter. He is an AIARE and American Avalanche Association Pro Program Instructor; AIARE Instructor Trainer; AIARE Curriculum Advisor; Sierra Avalanche Center lead instructor; and has 20+ years of backcountry snowmobile experience riding all over the world.
