Will is a co-founder of TMRL, an avalanche instructor, and guide. He is an AIARE Course Leader; Pro 2 avalanche professional; professional member of the American Avalanche Association, Wilderness First Responder; Search and Rescue volunteer; and has 15+ years of backcountry snowmobile experience.

MATT SCHEBAUM

Matt is a co-founder of TMRL, an avalanche instructor, and guide. He's an AIARE Course Leader; AIARE Instructor Trainer; Pro 2 avalanche professional; professional member of the American Avalanche Association; Wilderness First Responder; and has 15+ years of backcountry snowmobile experience.

KALEB RETZ

DUNCAN LEE

Kaleb is an AIARE avalanche instructor, guide, and American Avalanche Association Pro Member. He has 20+ years of motorized backcountry experience; is former Vice President of Missoula Avalanche and currently works closely with the Flathead Avalanche Center in northern Montana.

A prominent backcountry snowmobiler and avalanche safety advocate, Duncan Lee has built a decades-long career blending exhilarating riding with critical mountain education. He has obtained the highest professional avalanche education certifications in the United States, and has been teaching motorized recreational and professional avalanche education for the past 10 years. He is a Wilderness First Responder and has guided for pros, beginners, and film crews all over the Western US, Canada, Russia, Sweden, Bhutan, and Mongolia.
